Estonia has announced its call for songs for Eesti Laul 2012, and it’s all very straightforward. Where’s the fun in that? Estonian residents/citizens only, a new 3 minute song, be 16 years old at the time of the contest. No online posting — snail mail or deliveries only. The entry form is here. It commands you to USE CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY! Deadline is December 12, 2011.
One nice incentive: the winner gets a 2,000 Euro prize (in addition to bragging rights and getting to represent one of Europe’s best Eurovision countries).
